Private Sessions
Get the most out of your workout with individualized attention. This 55 minute session will be on the mat a variety of apparatus. By appointment only.

Semi-Private Sessions
Do you have a friend or family member that you would enjoy sharing the Pilates experience with? Then you may be a great match for a duet session. If either individual is new to Pilates, it is recommended they book an Introductory Package before jumping into a semi-private session. These 55 minute sessions will be on the mat and a variety of apparatus. Priced per client, by appointment only.

Payment for all sessions can be made by Cash, Check, or Credit Card. Packages must be used within a year of purchase. 24 hour notice is requested for any cancellations.
